msdosfs should ignore attempts to set atime
it allows you to set mtime, but fails if you attempt to set
atime as well.
>How-To-Repeat:
extract a tar archive with your working directory in a MSDOS file system.
>Fix:
delete the
(vap->va_atime.tv_sec != VNOVAL)
from the end of the big "if" in sys/msdosfs/msdosfs_vnops.c, in
msdosfs_setattr(), at around line 273.
