Hmmm, I'll try that variation this evening but I'm almost certain that DOS
puts ".." in every directory. I have a C:/TMP directory created under DOS
and I'm sure that has a "..".
Anyway, the ".." entry appears after umounting/mounting the filesystem.
It looks something like a caching problem.
