After noting the manual page for w(1) still refered to '/vmunix',
I greped through the rest of the pages for more references.
The following manuals refer to the file '/vmunix' or 'kvm_vmunix.db':
nfsstat(1), ps(1), uptime(1), w(1), reboot(2), kvm_nlist(3),
and dmesg(8).
