	skeyinit(1) has a SEE ALSO for key(1) which doesn't exit.
	`normal' skey (such as the bellcore dist) has these programs
	without the s on the skey, so it's probably from that.  it
	could also have a SEE ALSO for skeyinfo(1).

	skey(1) has a SEE ALSO for skey(1) has a SEE ALSO for skey(1)
	has a ... you get the idea ;-)
