During the automatic boot sequence nfsd does not start,
no messages indicating a failura are printed on the console.
When starting nfsd manually ('nfsd -tun 4') the following
output is given:

This means you don't have `NFSSERVER' configured in your kernel.
Also, if you're really planning to use that machine as a NFS server,
you might want to add more memory.
