>Description:
bsd.README claims that for each /usr/share/mk/bsd.FOO.mk there
should exist a /usr/share/mk/bsd.FOO.rd documenting it. Such files
never appeared in 4.4lite, and doesn't exist in NetBSD. bsd.README
seems to do the job adequately, however.
>How-To-Repeat:
It can be observed that if one is careful, one might avoid sending
multiple PRs about the same file in the space of a few hours.
