>Description:
Executing the command d$ two times (d$d$) causes VI to crash
with either 'Segmentation fault (core dumped)' or when within
/usr/bin/mail 'Fatal error in process'.
>How-To-Repeat:
Use VI to edit a text file like /etc/rc (5KB) and press while
in command mode d$d$. The first del-to-eol will work, and the second
will cause a segmentation fault.
>Fix:
Do not execute d$ on an empty line, and do not use dG while
inside the /usr/bin/mail program.
