The 386BSD FAQ is wrong (I pointed this out to Dave Burgess when he added those
entries, but he said that what was in that table worked for him).  Add one to
all of those letters and you'll get the right values.

I _did_ send in a PR a while back with an added "fd" man page that documented
the device to density mapping, but I guess it never got added.
