At least this one can't be defined in a machine independent way, as the
mapping of kernel space vs. user space is machine dependent. I'd always
wanted a port that had the complete address space available to the user.
Theoretically, it would make some emulations possible that aren't currently.
Practically, I only wanted proof of concept.
