	The -B option _can_ be enabled in the telnetd source - I don't even
	know what bftp is, or if it is any possible use.

	If someone knows whether or not bftp is any use then I guess they
	should decide whether to strip it out altogether, or to say that
	someone needs to find it & get it into the core.

	(I've just commented out the bftp stuff in the man page :)
