That's what the variables tickfix and tickfixcnt in kern_clock.c deal
with.
However, I believe it's wrong that the are initialised on
cpu_initclocks and not in kern_clock.c:initclocks(). This is entirely
machine independed code, after all.
Do I have to send-pr that?
