vm86 system call is implemented, but lib/libarch/i386/i386_vm86.c
and lib/libarch/i386/i386_vm86.2 is not commited.
(I also think it should be noted in CHANGES file.)

I think it is easy, because jtk already provides these files.
(probably, simply overlooked ?)
If it is not easy, I am sorry.
P.S.
I noticed share/man/man8/compat_freebsd.8 is also missing.
Does this means that compat_freebsd.8 which I was sent is
badly written ? (Yes, my English is poor :-<)
