	Since the /etc/magic "image" file sees "BA" and says "bitmap array"
	and GNU Emacs RMAIL mailbox start with "BABYL OPTION" they are
	mis-identified.

	run "file ~/RMAIL"
>Fix:
	Add this to one of the files under /usr/src/usr.bin/file/magdir
	that alphabetically sorts before the filename "image"
