	ispcvt invoked with cv option tries to print out 
all kernel configuration options about pcvt, including
obsolete PCVT_UPDATE{SLOW,FAST}.
But there is no member named updatefast nor updateslow
in pcvtinfo structure, ispcvt won't be compiled.
