>Description:
The file src/lib/libskey/skey.h is not installed into /usr/include during 
make install. The include file is referenced by a "-I../../lib/libskey" 
in the files in src/usr.bin/skey*. The header file seems not to be 
mentioned at all in src/usr.bin/login/login.c, although the functions are 
used there. The same goes for src/usr.bin/su/su.c.
