>Description:

	Several recent sups over the last couple weeks at various stages
	in the if_ep reorganization have failed to work. They detect the
	card, but fail to talk to it correctly, and munge its registers
	enough that Windows '95 can't detect it afterwards unless the
	system is hard-rebooted (reset button). Earlier versions from
	several weeks ago (I can't be more specific than that, sorry...
	I wasn't keeping a log of sup dates) worked fine, and still work
	if I boot them.

>How-To-Repeat:

	Build current on a machine like mine, reboot, watch it hang
	trying to start nfs stuff. ^c and continue, try to ping machines
	and have ping report "network is down". Reboot to W95, get error
	message about "card malfunctioning". Hard reboot, it works fine.

>Fix:

	Wish I knew. Obviously it works for others, so there is either
	something wrong different here. I supped today with -o, so I
	don't think it's my source tree, at least. And my config file is
	identical to GENERIC, except for things commented out.
