15:20 Call from Babu on support COLT ROMP not allowing access to guest 
      account, other logins OK. guest accoutn reachable from LER. 
      - called jes who discovered lots of hung guest sessions from j.dcu
      causing j to run out of ptys. Killed off dead sessions.
16:04 Called COLT ROMP everything seems to be working OK with the guest 
      account now.
