If you were using Netscape, don't. Yes, redownload in binary mode.
Netscape doesn't always use binary mode correctly--I recommend Fetch if
you're downloading to the MacOS.

Actually I was using anarchie because Netscape would download it as
a file, it kept trying to load the page. Buit I'll try fetch, though
I like Anarchie better.
