Now that we have the truly amazing APM stuff in the i386 port it would
be nice if you could configure it from /etc/rc.conf instead
of having to add it to /etc/rc.local yourself.

Well, just look in /etc/rc & co and apmd is just not there.

I don't have a patch, but it should be easy to copy a few lines
from some other demon.
