Note that a number of the provincial abbreviations are non-standard
and/or confusing (I'm not sure why they would appear this way on 
Air Canada's web page -- unless they are "standard" codes as used by the 
airlines). 

In particular: 

> YBC:BAIE-COMEAU (QU)
> YGV:HAVRE ST. PIERRE (PQ)

Both "QU" and "PQ" are used for "Quebec".  

> YEG:EDMONTON-Intnl (AL)
"AL" ==> "AB"

> YHD:DRYDEN (OT)
"OT" ==> "ON"

> YLL:LLOYDMINSTER (SA)
"SA" ==> "SK"

> YWG:WINNIPEG (MN)
"MN" ==> "MB"

As der Mouse reminded me, MN is also the abbreviation for Minnesota, which is 
not in Canada.... 

There are probably other abbreviation errors (in addition to those mentioned 
above), which should also be corrected before this PR is closed.
