>Description:

After building a new kernel with the recent arp changes and booting it, I got:

starting rpc daemons: portmap mountd nfsd nfsiod.
NFS Portmap: RPC: Port mapper failure - RPC: unable to send

I can continue with hiting CTRL-C and the systems comes to multiuser mode,
but I was not able to get the network to work.

Booting with an old kernel works of course.

>How-To-Repeat:

Try to boot a kernel with the new arp code on a hp300 machine.

>Fix:
