>Environment:
System: NetBSD lyssa 1.2D NetBSD 1.2D (LYSSA) #0: Thu Mar 20 02:37:00 MET 1997 tron@lyssa:/usr/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/LYSSA i386

>Description:
The new "if_de" driver seems to lose lots of kernel memory space due to
unfreed mbuf structures. This leeds sooner or later to a panic if the
kernel runs out of memory.

>How-To-Repeat:
Boot a system with a Tulip ethernet card and use "netstat -m" several
times. After only 2 hours uptime my system has 3082 mbufs allocated
after only light network activity.
