This is the problem file, noticed without compress turned on:

SUP: File server unable to transfer file src/sys/dev/isapnp/com_isapnp.c

when using "compress" mode, it causes this instead:

SUP: SCM GOAWAY We died trying to run gzip
SUP: Premature EOF on network input
SUP: Error receiving file from file server
