Not having ever done that, I would be the wrong person to document it :-)

I'd say make it a separate manpage, like wntboot(8). My manpage (I just
sent the patch again to gnats-bugs so it should be attached to the PR
soon) is called w95boot(8). I don't know if section 8 is truly the right
place for how-to's, but we're low on section number digits, unless we
want to make section 0 how-to or, use use section H or something. 
("Section H, for gentle relief of..." oh wait, that's something else :->)
If we do create a new section, another page that should be moved there
is adduser(8), which confuses some people into thinking it's a program.
