There's already a rsaref and pgp2 pkg submission in progress; see my PR's
#5007 (rsaref) and #5011 (pgp2).  Additionally, see PR #5008 (ssh with
proper RSA patent conformance).  I'm going to import them as soon as I see
that the new ELF/a.out library changes in -current's <bsd.lib.mk> work
properly; it was that difference that made me hesitate importing them
earlier.  I'll do my best to redo the pkgs to work both under 1.3 and
-current.

NO.  FreeBSD's rsaref pkg fetches the rsaref sources illegally, according to
RSA's patent-protected license restrictions in the USA.  See PR #5007 for a
patent-conforming method of retrieving the sources.
