>Release: 980408
>Environment:
[kernel message not available due to kernel panic]
>Description:
A kernel based on 980408 source crashes immediately after startup with
a panic in "pmap_init":
pmap_init: 081a60000 - 097fe000 ( 23429120)
trap type 2, code = 0, v = 0
pid = 0, pc = 0000223C, ps = 2000, sfc = 1, dfc =1
By adding some printf() statements I found out that the kernel crashes
in "pmap.c" at line 499:
addr = (vm_offset_t) kmem_alloc(kernel_map, s);
>How-To-Repeat:
Boot a GENERIC kernel.
>Fix:
Sorry, I don't now.
