System: NetBSD quartz.newn.cam.ac.uk 1.3E NetBSD 1.3E (QUARTZ) #42: Fri Apr 17 12:30:09 BST 1998 prlw1@quartz.newn.cam.ac.uk:/usr/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/QUARTZ i386

>Description:
SYNOPSIS
1) kill [-s signal_name] pid ...
2) kill -l [exit_status]
3) kill -signal_name pid ...
4) kill -signal_number pid ...

The first form doesn't seem to work:

quartz# kill -s HUP 1
s: Unknown signal; kill -l lists signals.

so might as well be removed from the manpage as everyone uses 3) or 4) anyway.
