This only makes sense if X is a package as well, and installing X gets
you that bit.


Installing a 'virgin' XFree86 distribution gets you XF86Setup.

Installing our 'enhanced' version of XF86 _doesn't_?!  that's utter
rubbish.

"Adding value" (or even adding portability) does not mean removing
useful tools that people have come to expect.


If we can't figure out how to ship XF86Setup -- a standard part of
XFree86's distributions -- with our XFree86 distribution, then we
shouldn't be doing distributions for the i386 at all, and should just
be repackaging the more useful 'virgin' ones.
