If it is the panic that comes from the generic kernel finding
both a WSS and a SB then the bug is still in 1.3.2.  It has
been fixed in -current, but the fix didn't make it to 1.3.2.
You need to boot with a kernel without sound support or
disable the sound until you can rebuild the kernel with
only one of the SB or WSS drivers.
