>Description:
NetBSD uses the Concurrent Version System (CVS) for source
code control. Unfortunately, CVS has no supported way of moving a
file, revision history intact, to another location in the source
code repository. This operation is required by source code
reorganizations (and simple mistakes) often enough that it should
	become a supported CVS operation.
