SPARC Classic, 96MB RAM, sun4m, one FSBE/S, headless.

During boot, le0 is ifconfig'd up.
sometime later, during /etc/rc, le0 goes down.
immediately obvious symptom is xntpd complaining about "network down"
logging in as root and doing "ifconfig le0 up" makes it happy again.
This bug was very recently introduced, possibly during bus_dma
integration; this all worked perfectly before...
