>Description:
	It's nice that I can newfs(8) and mount(8) a file system without
being root. However, it does me little good if newfs(8) makes
the root directory owned by root, rather than my non-root uid,
because I can't modify the file system once it's mounted.
newfs(8) should have an option to set the owner (and perhaps
group) of the root directory it creates -- perhaps even using
the invoking user's credentials by default.

>How-To-Repeat:
Try to build a boot floppy without being root.

>Fix:
	None provided.
