The format and options of a .forward file should be documented
in section 5 of the man pages.  I can never remember all the
formats and can never find it described anywhere.  I usually
have to go to a SGI machine to get the info, in a round-about
way.

That also makes me wonder if I'm getting the full story for the
NetBSD implementation from the SGI docs.
