	Compiling a sparc kernel without COMPAT_{09,43,44} fails in
	kern/vfs_subr.c because vfc is a 'struct vfsconf', and 
	'struct vfsconf' is only defined in sys/mount.h if one or more
	of COMPAT_{09,43,44} are set.
