Since revisions 1.76-1.80 of the pci/ncr HBA driver, SCSI sense
data is getting clobbered and doesn't work for at least some instances
of the NCR. The author of these revisions hasn't responded to email
about this. Reverting to 1.76
Hardware:
Alpha PC164
ncr0 at pci0 dev 9 function 0: ncr 53c825 fast10 wide scsi
two disks on the NCR.
Symptoms:
Sense Data comes back all zero:
