Try this:
TERM=ansi snake
TERM=vt100 snake
On 1.3.2 the former fails and the latter works, on 1.2.1 it's the
reverse. In both cases the failing termcap entry is longer than 1024
characters, and it's being truncated such that a required entry goes
missing. This is a real problem for some programs...
