>Description:
mailq and other sendmail aliases are now mailwrapper. When it is
run without a mailer.conf, it complains about not finding it.
However, there is no mailer.conf manual page.
>How-To-Repeat:
	mailq
	read error message
	man mailer.conf
	scratch head
>Fix:
The file description out of mailwrapper.8 should be moved to
	a newly created mailer.conf.5.
