>Description:
After having successfully ftping several tar sets, the ftp server I was
using seized up and I had to abort the transfer. I restarted sysinst,
choose to reinstall the sets and it started downloading ALL of the sets
again. Preferably, it would have kept the previously downloaded ones.

>How-To-Repeat:
During an install, choose to ftp the tar sets.
Let several get downloaded then abort the transfer.
At the shell prompt restart sysinst (you may have to umount /mnt/usr & /mnt)
Choose to reinstall the binary sets.
Watch sysinst start downloading the first set again.
