I've placed a tarball at http://www.stdio.com/~rankin/inn.tar.gz which
contains package source code for inn-2.2. I've changed the Makefile to
make inn use NetBSD's yacc rather than bison, and the changes to force our
libtool are in Makefile.general.in rather than in configure. PLIST is
also different since new files are installed.

The compile was successful, and I'm currently starting my own tests on
starting a new newsserver. That said, I've been away from INN for a while, so
it'd be nice if whoever made inn 2.1's package would check my work out
before this gets checked in.
