System: NetBSD jalapeno 1.4_BETA NetBSD 1.4_BETA (GENERIC) #1: Wed Apr 21 09:17:06 PDT 1999 root@struis:/usr/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/GENERIC i386
>Description:
Got the panic "blkfree: freeing free frag" shortly after installing
1.4_BETA. I hadn't done much other than copying some files, then downloaded
& untar'd pkgsrc, made and installed tcsh, then attempted to make ssh. Five
or six makes deep, it did an rm that caused the panic:
dev = 0x404, block = 16384, fs = /usr
panic: blkfree: freeing free frag
