I have another need for pcvt.  With my note PC, pccons and wscons have
some problem on X Window environment.  Key inputs are sometimes strange, 
like chattering.  Pcvt has much less problem with this problem.

I don't know exact reason.  But pcvt has PCVT_KBD_FIFO option and I
guess that it might improve key inputs processing.
