	this problem exists for both navigator and communicator

	after install:

	    cd /usr/pkg/lib/navigator-XXX
	    ln -s /usr/X11R6/lib/mime.types 
	    ln -s /usr/X11R6/lib/mailcap 
	    cd /usr/local/lib
	    rm -fr netscape
	    ln -s /usr/pkg/lib/navigator-XXX netscape
