I note that my PRs 7739, 7745 and 7747 as well as joda's PR 7756
seem to have not appeared in this list.  But my PR 7791 today
just appeared on muc.lists.netbsd.bugs, so it's doesn't look
like anything to do with my setup or address...

<wild guess>maybe it fails if my MX is congested at the time
that gnats does processing? </wild guess>

I don't know how many other PRs might not have hit the
list, but that any do at all seems a little suboptimal :-(

Where do I report this problem to ?  send-pr doesn't seem
particularly appropriate for this kind of problem given
that it's not a netbsd bug per se ...

Oh, BTW, to whoever fixed the "Originator" query on the web
query form: thanks :-)
