>Description:
The default pcvt configuration switched between VTs 0-3 when
F9-F12 were pressed with no modifier keys. This is a very
useful behaviour to emulate. Unfortunately, the wskbd keymap
configuration mechanism is not flexible enough to emulate

>How-To-Repeat:
Attempt to emulate single-key `commands'.
