The FTP site used in the audio/xmcd package doesn't allow
anonymous login. This may just be a temporary problem, but
the make didn't find the file anywhere else. By looking around,
I found the source at an http URL: http://metalab.unc.edu/tkan/download/xmcd/src/xmcd-2.5.tar.gz
That site mentions it is at patchlevel one 30-Jun-1999, fwiw.
