>Description:
	Booting up NetBSD-1.4/alpha on a pc164 with wsconscfg configured
to run and setup 4 vty's results in the following panic:
fatal kernel trap:

    trap entry = 0x2 (memory management fault)
    a0         = 0xf
    a1         = 0x1
    a2         = 0x0
    pc         = 0xfffffc000034a618
    ra         = 0xfffffc000034a9b0
    curproc    = 0xfffffc000149cb70
        pid = 110, comm = wsconscfg

panic: trap
Stopped in wsconscfg at Debugger+0x4: ret zero,(ra)
db>
>How-To-Repeat:
	Run wsconscfg (during bootup?) on an alpha (pc164 in this case),
using com1 as the console due to no keyboard being present.
