The following files, in, src/gnu/dist are either missing or empty:

? ltmain.sh
? ylwrap
? mkinstalldirs
M ltconfig

These files are needed when building a NetBSD cross compiler
on a non NetBSD host.

>How-To-Repeat:
In theory:

$  /bin/sh
$  mkdir /tmp/X-powerpc-netbsd
$  cd /tmp/X-powerpc-netbsd
$  with_newlib=yes ${srcdir}/gnu/dist/configure \
        --target=powerpc-netbsd \
        --prefix=/tmp/
$  gmake M4=gm4 LANGUAGES="c c++" all-gcc all-gas all-ld all-binutils
$  gmake M4=gm4 LANGUAGES="c c++" install-gcc install-gas install-ld install-binu
tils

In reality, you'll need patches to the GCC
and GDB directories that I have locally.  Since
I'm still cleaning those patches up, you'll have
to trust me on this :-)
