>Description:

the changes made to /etc/daily & co, and the root crontab are
incompatible with previous versions of these. eg, a new crontab
with an old /etc/daily will fail as there is no to: or cc:
addresses passed to "sendmail -t". this change was made by
	lukem nearly a year ago:

revision 1.14
date: 1998/09/15 05:06:30; author: lukem; state: Exp; lines: +4 -4

the end-result of this is that the mail bounces as there is
no one to deliver it to.

>How-To-Repeat:

	install a new machine.
copy all your standard changed files to machine, not realising
that /etc/daily & co are now incompatible.
	lose.

>Fix:

not sure. why pass To: in the /etc/daily rather than the
cronjob? i actually don't see any reason that change was made
but i'm sure luke will :-)
