The man page for audioplay mentions -f can be used to play
sounds but doesn't mention how to properly use it.

A list of the possible encodings for -e is necessary:
(linear, ulaw, etc)
Also, I think a good example to add to the man page would be
how to play raw audio files taken from a CD (for example those
created by cdd):
audioplay -f -c 2 -P 16 -s 44100 -e slinear_le
(Naturally this won't work until the bugs in -f and -P I
mentioned in my earlier pr are fixed).
