>Description:
Not all real calenders have the Sunday as the first day of the week,
but cal(1) is hardcoded that Sunday is the first day of the week.
>How-To-Repeat:
Look at the cal(1) output and notice that the week begins with
the Sunday, which maybe correct in some locations but not at all:

> cal

>Fix:
	- Change the default first day of the week
	- or add an option to look at the locale or timezone informations
	- or add an flag to specify the first day of a week
